Delicious puff pastry rolls filled with cinnamon and sugar.
Ingredients

- 2 puff pastry sheets
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter until smooth.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about an eighth of an inch thick.
- Cut rectangles (3×5 inches) from the dough and spread filling on half of each rectangle.
- Fold over the other half and seal edges well. Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before frosting with a mixture of powdered sugar and milk.
Notes
- Make sure to roll the pastry thinly for better texture.
- Adjust the amount of cinnamon based on preference.
