Instructions
- In a large punch bowl, combine pineapple juice and almond extract. Stir to mix well.
- Scoop the vanilla ice cream into the bowl and let it soften slightly. Stir gently to create a frothy base.
- Slowly pour in the ginger ale or lemon-lime soda. Stir gently to combine.
- Ladle the punch into individual glasses.
- Top each glass with whipped cream and garnish with a cherry or cranberries if desired.
- Serve immediately for best texture and fizz.
