- 1 cup coconut milk

- 2 tablespoons maple syrup

- 1/4 cup shredded coconut

- 1/2 cup mixed berries
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine rolled oats, coconut milk, water, and salt. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Reduce heat to low and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until oats are creamy and tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract.
- Serve warm, topped with shredded coconut, chopped almonds, and mixed berries.
Notes
- For added sweetness, adjust the maple syrup to taste.
