- 3/4 cup beef stock or broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 pounds top sirloin
- 3 large bell peppers cut into chunks
- 1 large white onion
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, add the beef broth, soy sauce, bouillon, Worcestershire, brown sugar, ginger, salt, pepper, and cornstarch, and whisk until combined.
- Cut the beef into thin slices, and the peppers and onions into large chunks, and place them into the slow cooker.
- Add the minced garlic along with the sauce.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4.
- Serve over white rice or pasta and enjoy!
