- Prepare the Filling:

– In a large pot, bring 10 cups of water and baking soda to a boil.
– Gently place each stuffed bagel into the boiling water, boiling for 30 seconds on each side.
– Remove from water and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. - Bake the Bagels:
– Brush each bagel with beaten egg, ensuring a nice even coat. Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top.
