Description
This creamy Buffalo chicken dip is perfect for parties and gatherings. It’s loaded with flavor and sure to be a crowd-pleaser!

- 20 oz cooked chicken
- 2–3 teaspoons Ranch Seasoning
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened at room temperature, diced into chunks)
- 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
- 2–3 cups grated cheese (1 1/2 cups of cheddar and 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella or gruyere)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Season the chicken with 1 – 1 1/2 teaspoons of ranch seasoning.
- Combine all of the ingredients (only add half of the grated cheese during the step) and stir to mix well.
- Add the mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish or a 10-12 inch oven safe pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
- Broil for 3-5 minutes to get a bubbly crisp topping.
- Cool before serving.

- Serve with chips, veggies, or crackers.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
