A deliciously creamy rice pudding that is easy to make and perfect for dessert!
Ingredients

- 1 cup rice
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water.
- In a pot, combine rice, milk, sugar, and salt.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add vanilla, cinnamon, and raisins if using.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- This rice pudding can be served warm or cold.
- For a creamier texture, you can substitute some of the milk with cream.
