Description

A delicious hot dip made with cream cheese, mozzarella, and Italian flavors, perfect for serving with crostini and veggie sticks.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz package of cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup pizza sauce (divided)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • ¼ cup black olives (sliced)
  • ¼ cup green pepper (diced)
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni (divided)
  • Crostini bread (toasted for serving)
  • Celery sticks
  • Bell Pepper Sticks

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, sour cream, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder and mix well. Set aside.
  3. In an 8 inch cast iron skillet, spread the seasoned cream cheese mixture, gently towards the edges of the pan.
  4. Add the pizza sauce and ½ of the mini pepperonis.
  5. Bake in the 375-degree oven for 5-8 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with mozzarella cheese, black olives, chopped green peppers, and remaining pepperoni. Return to the oven and cook for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Optional Change the oven temperature to LO broil for 2-3 minutes to brown the top of the pizza dip.
  8. Serve while hot with garlic bread and veggie sticks (celery/bell pepper).

  • Best served immediately while hot.
