Description
Delicious peanut butter popcorn coated with honey and sprinkled with Reese’s Pieces.
Ingredients

- 10–11 cups Popcorn
- 1 cup Honey
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Reese’s Pieces
Instructions
- Add popped popcorn to a large bowl.
- In a sauce pan over medium heat, add honey and sugar and mix well to combine.
- Bring mixture to a boil, then let boil for 2 minutes while stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
- Slowly pour half of the peanut butter sauce over the popcorn and gently stir to coat.
- Drizzle more peanut butter sauce over the popcorn until you reach desired consistency.
- Sprinkle in Reese’s Pieces. Add more if desired.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- This popcorn is best served fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for a few days.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of Reese’s Pieces to your liking.
