This homemade pizza dough is easy to prepare and perfect for your favorite toppings.

- 1 cup (136g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and Greek yogurt. Mix with a spatula until shaggy clumps begin to form.
- Continue to mix and knead the dough with the spatula, and then your hands, until it comes together, ultimately forming a smooth ball of dough.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface or parchment paper. Use your hands or a lightly floured rolling pin to flatten and shape the dough into a circle. Roll it out to your desired thickness. Transfer the pizza dough to the prepared baking sheet.
- Dress up the dough with your favorite sauce and toppings. If you prefer a crispier crust, bake the dough on its own for 5 minutes before topping and putting it back in the oven to finish baking.
- Bake the pizza for 10 to 20 minutes until it has slightly puffed up, the edges are starting to turn brown, and the cheese has melted.
- If you don’t pre-bake, you will have a soft, tender crust.
- Once baked, remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the pizza to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a crispier crust, pre-bake the dough for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
- Let the pizza rest for 5 minutes before slicing to retain heat and flavor.
