Instructions
- Prepare the Base:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the crackers or sliced mini bagels on a baking sheet.
- Assemble the Pizza Bites:
- Lightly brush the base with olive oil.
- Spread a small amount of pizza sauce on each piece.
- Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning over the sauce.
- Top with a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.

- Bake for about 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Cool and Serve:

- Serve warm with additional pizza sauce for dipping if desired.
