Ingredients

- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 oz pepperoni slices (thick cut)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (whole milk)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about ¼ inch thick. Cut out 3-inch circles using a cookie cutter or glass.
- Place one slice of pepperoni in the center of each circle. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges firmly to seal.
- Arrange sealed bites on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

- For a crispier outer layer, ensure the dough is rolled thinly.
- You can add vegetables or different kinds of cheese for variation.
