Description
Deliciously roasted Brussels sprouts tossed in a miso butter sauce, perfect as a side dish.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tbsp white or yellow miso paste
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and mix in the miso paste until fully combined. Stir in minced garlic.
- In a large bowl, combine halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pour in the miso butter and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve warm, drizzled with any remaining miso butter.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add more miso paste to taste.
- You can also toss the Brussels sprouts with other seasonings like chili flakes for heat.
