A simple and delicious garlic butter broccoli recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh broccoli
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash and cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- Boil a pot of salted water and blanch the broccoli for 2-3 minutes until bright green but crisp. Drain immediately.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add the drained broccoli to the skillet, toss to coat with garlic butter, and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
