- 1 can (13 oz) full-fat coconut milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Corn: If using fresh corn, shuck the ears and cut off the kernels.
- Sauté: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the corn and sauté for about 5 minutes until tender.
- Add Coconut Milk: Pour in the coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sweeten: Stir in sugar, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Serve: Enjoy warm or let cool slightly to serve chilled.
