- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
- Roast for 25 minutes.
- Add Brussels sprouts to the tray and roast for 15 more minutes.
- Toss with butter and Parmesan before serving.
