Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
  3. Roast for 25 minutes.
  4. Add Brussels sprouts to the tray and roast for 15 more minutes.
  5. Toss with butter and Parmesan before serving.
