Description

This easy Instant Pot pizza recipe is perfect for busy weeknights. With a few simple ingredients, you can create delicious homemade pizza in no time!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 container refrigerated pizza dough (or make your own)
  • 1 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese (or more, enough to make 2 pizzas)
  • 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Unroll your pizza dough and stretch it out just a bit so it is flat and large enough to cut 2 pizzas using the pizza 7″ pan as a guide.
  2. Spray the inside of your Instant Pot pizza pan with just a little non stick spray.
  3. Turn your pizza pan upside down, onto your dough, and cut around it with a knife.
  4. Turn pizza pan right side up, stretch the circle of dough just enough so it fits inside your pan with enough to come up on the sides for the crust.
  5. Spoon in a bit of sauce, top with cheese and toppings and cover with tinfoil.
  6. Add a trivet inside your Instant Pot and pour in 2 cups of water.
  7. Make a sling out of tin foil and put underneath your pizza pan to lower it onto your trivet.
  8. Close lid and steam valve and set to manual, high, for 15 minutes.
  9. Do a quick release, lift out, uncover pan and carefully slide it out of the pan and onto a cutting board to slice. Best when served immediately.
  10. If you have a CrispLid you can turn that on at the end before removing from pan. Set to 400 degrees for about 4 minutes to brown top.
