Description

A delicious creamy dressing that can be used in various salads or as a dip.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayo (Swap mayo for Greek yogurt and it’s higher protein.)
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup (I used 2 tablespoons.)
  • 2 tablespoons pickle relish (I used 2 tablespoons.)
  • 2 teaspoons sweetener or sugar (I used 2 teaspoons.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (I used regular paprika, not smoked.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients and stir.
  2. Taste repeatedly and make adjustments to suit your taste.
