Description

Delicious and refreshing homemade fruit popsicles made with fresh fruit and fruit juice.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh fruit (strawberries, mango, or peaches) (chopped)
  • 1 cup fruit juice (orange or apple) (for added sweetness)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped fresh fruit, fruit juice, and honey or agave syrup.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the fruit mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert sticks into the molds and cover with the lid if available.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  6. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
  7. Gently pull the popsicles out and enjoy!

Notes

  • For added sweetness, adjust the honey or agave syrup according to taste.
