Description
Delicious and refreshing homemade fruit popsicles made with fresh fruit and fruit juice.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups fresh fruit (strawberries, mango, or peaches) (chopped)
- 1 cup fruit juice (orange or apple) (for added sweetness)
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped fresh fruit, fruit juice, and honey or agave syrup.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the fruit mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks into the molds and cover with the lid if available.
- Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
- Gently pull the popsicles out and enjoy!
Notes
- For added sweetness, adjust the honey or agave syrup according to taste.
- Experiment with different combinations of fruits for unique flavors.
