Delicious air fryer dough bites dusted with powdered sugar.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- as needed Baking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, mix milk and egg until smooth.
- Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface to about 1/2 inch thick; cut into squares or rounds.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray the basket.
- Place dough pieces in the basket without overcrowding; cook for about 6 minutes or until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

- Ensure not to overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of dough pieces.
