- 2 cups cooked turkey breast, chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup walnuts, toasted
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and chop the cooked turkey into bite-sized pieces.
- Toast walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Gently fold in turkey, spinach leaves, cranberries, and walnuts until fully coated.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature; garnish with extra walnuts or cranberries if desired.
