Description

A refreshing salad made with turkey, spinach, cranberries, and walnuts, dressed with Greek yogurt and honey.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey breast, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup walnuts, toasted
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  3. In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in turkey, spinach leaves, cranberries, and walnuts until fully coated.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature; garnish with extra walnuts or cranberries if desired.
