A delicious and creamy Cajun chicken fettuccine dish that’s easy to make and full of flavor.

- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté seasoned chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Toss in broccoli and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream while scraping the pan’s bottom for flavor. Stir in Cajun seasoning and Parmesan until smooth.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce; toss gently to coat. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, topped with extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
- For a milder flavor, reduce the Cajun seasoning.
- This dish pairs well with a side salad.
