Instructions

  1. Prepare Cream Cheese Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  2. Assemble Egg Rolls: Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a clean, flat surface with one corner pointing towards you. Spread about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture across the center of the wrapper. Add a spoonful of cherry pie filling on top of the cream cheese. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll it tightly away from you, sealing the top corner with a dab of water.
