  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Prepare Meatballs:
    – In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper.
    – Mix well and form into small meatballs.
  2. Cook Meatballs:
    – Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    – Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
    – Remove meatballs from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Cook Pasta:
    – In a separate pot, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  4. Prepare Creamy Sauce:
    – In the same skillet used for the meatballs, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
    – Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
    – Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Combine Ingredients:
    – Add the cooked pasta and meatballs back into the skillet. Toss everything together in the creamy sauce until well coated.
  6. Serve:
    – Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
    – Serve hot.
