Description

A delicious creamy garlic cauliflower dish that is easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head (about 2 lbs) cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
