Ingredients

- 1 large head (about 2 lbs) cauliflower, cut into florets
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream or milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the cauliflower by cutting it into small florets and rinsing under cold water.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for 10-12 minutes until tender.
- Drain well in a colander and serve hot garnished with extra herbs or a pat of butter.
