A delicious and easy crockpot recipe for chicken spaghetti.
Ingredients

- 3–4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 8 oz cream cheese (full-fat)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 8 oz spaghetti noodles
- to taste Salt and pepper
- to serve Freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Pour in chicken broth and add diced tomatoes and minced garlic.
- Spread cream cheese over the top of the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over everything and add uncooked spaghetti noodles directly on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks right in the pot and stir until combined.
- Serve hot with freshly grated parmesan cheese on top.
Notes
- Make sure to use low-sodium chicken broth to control salt levels.
- Full-fat cream cheese provides a richer flavor.
- Freshly grated parmesan enhances the dish but can be omitted if desired.
