- 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple (do not drain)
- 1 box (3 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 container (8 ounces) Cool Whip (thawed)
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut (optional)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits
Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir together crushed pineapple with juices and instant pudding mix.
- Fold in thawed Cool Whip. Stir in mini marshmallows and shredded coconut.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving. Serve in bowls topped with marshmallows, coconut, pineapple tidbits, and chopped pecans. Enjoy!
