- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk (or milk substitute)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a large bowl, whisk together coconut flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Add melted butter and vanilla; mix until creamy.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, alternating with milk until just combined.
- Pour batter evenly into prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow cakes to cool in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
- Frost with your favorite icing or whipped cream, slice, and enjoy!
