Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tube (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in the cooked chicken until evenly coated.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and gently toss them into the chicken mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes until biscuits are golden and cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
- Feel free to add vegetables like peas or carrots for extra flavor.
