- 1 (8 oz) package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

- Prepare the filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until everything is smooth and evenly coated. Then fold in half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese. The mixture should look creamy and thick, almost like a rich chicken dip.
- Prepare the crescent rolls: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
