- 6 pieces mini bagels, sliced in half
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 2 medium fresh tomatoes, sliced
- handful fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- to taste balsamic glaze, for drizzling (optional)

- to taste black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Bagels: Place the mini bagel halves on a baking sheet, cut side up. Brush each bagel half lightly with olive oil.
- Add Cheese and Tomatoes: Top each bagel half with a slice of mozzarella cheese. Add 1-2 slices of tomato on top of the cheese.
- Season: Sprinkle a small amount of salt, black pepper, and garlic powder over the tomatoes and cheese.
- Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the bagels are slightly crisp.
- Add Fresh Basil: Remove the bagels from the oven. Sprinkle chopped fresh basil leaves over the top of each mini pizza.
- Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze (optional): Drizzle a small amount of balsamic glaze over the Caprese mini bagel pizzas for added flavor.
