A creamy and flavorful garbanzo bean hummus perfect for dipping or spreading.
Ingredients

- 1 can (16 oz) Garbanzo Beans, Drained
- 3 tbsp Tahini
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1/8 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Water to desired consistency
Instructions
- Place drained garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, and salt in a food processor.
- Add enough water to just below the level of the garbanzo’s.
- Puree and blend well. If you like a thinner consistency, just add more water and continue to blend until you reach desired thickness.

- This hummus can be served with veggies, pita, or as a spread on sandwiches.
