- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
